DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($9.95 or FREE for orders over $150)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days ($14.95)
- Same Day Delivery (Sydney Metro only): Order by 12pm ($19.95)
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with the following estimated delivery times:
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days ($19.95)
- USA/Canada: 7-14 business days ($24.95)
- Europe/UK: 10-15 business days ($29.95)
- Asia: 7-12 business days ($22.95)
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Track your package through our website or directly with the carrier.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience any delivery problems:
- Allow 5 extra business days for regional deliveries
- Contact the carrier first with your tracking number
- If unresolved, contact us through our Help Center within 14 days of shipment
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
- Signature required for all orders over $300
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes for international orders
- Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons
